Rhubarb is a delicious, tart addition to pies, jams, and other desserts. But if you don’t use it right away, how do you store rhubarb? Here are some tips to keep your rhubarb fresh.\n\n

If you’re going to use the rhubarb right away, wash it and cut off the ends. Cut the stalks into pieces that are about 1-2 inches long. If you’re not using the rhubarb right away, store it in the fridge in a plastic bag.
