If you’re like me, you probably have a hard time swallowing pills. If that’s the case, and you’re looking for an alternative to flaxseed oil capsules, then read on to find out how to grind flaxseed. It’s easy!

All you need is a coffee grinder or food processor and some patience. I started off by grinding one tablespoon of flaxseed at a time, but now I do it in batches of four tablespoons.<\/p>\n \n
