Most chairs have a back support that can be adjusted to fit the user. However, over time these supports can become loose or even broken. If you find yourself in this situation, there are a few things you can do to fix your chair back. \n\n

The first thing you need to do is identify the problem. Is the back support loose? Or is it completely broken?

Once you know what the problem is, you can start looking for a solution. \n\nIf the back support is simply loose, you may be able to tighten it using a screwdriver or Allen wrench. Look for screws on the underside of the chair seat and tighten them until the back support feels snug. \n\n

If the back support is broken, however, you will need to replace it. This is not as difficult as it sounds and most hardware stores sell replacement parts for chairs. Simply remove the old part and attach the new one using screws or bolts (depending on what type of attachment your chair has).<\/p>\n \n
