If you have a broken lawn chair, don’t despair! With a little time and effort, you can fix it and have it looking as good as new. Here’s what you need to do:\n\n

First, assess the damage. Is the frame broken? Are the slats missing or damaged?

Once you know what needs to be fixed, you can begin gathering the necessary supplies.\n\nIf the frame is broken, you will need to replace it. This is not as difficult as it sounds.

You can purchase replacement frames at most hardware stores or online. If the slats are damaged, you will need to replace them as well. Slats are relatively easy to find and replace.

Again, most hardware stores carry them or they can be ordered online.\n\nNow that you have all of your supplies, it’s time to get to work! If you’re replacing the frame, start by removing the old one.

Be careful not to damage any of the remaining parts in the process. Next, assemble the new frame according to instructions (if needed) and attach it to the chair using screws or nails. \n\nIf you’re just replacing the slats, start by removing any that are damaged beyond repair.

Once those are out, measure and cut new slats to fit in their place. Attach them using screws or nails and make sure they’re secure before sitting in your newly repaired lawn chair!<\/p>\n \n
