Do you have a desk chair that squeaks every time you move? It’s annoying, isn’t it? Here are four easy ways to stop your desk chair from squeaking.\n\n

If your desk chair has metal legs, try tightening the bolts. Loose bolts can cause metal-on-metal friction, which can create a squeak. If the bolts are tight and the squeak persists, try lubricating them with WD-40 or another lubricant.\n\n

If your desk chair has wood legs, inspect the joints to see if they’re loose. Tighten any loose screws or replace any broken parts. You may also be able to stop the squeak by rubbing wax into the joints.\n\n

If your desk chair has plastic legs, check to see if they’re clean and dry. If they’re dirty or wet, clean them with soap and water and dry them thoroughly. <\/p>\n \n
