Piping can add a touch of luxury to any chair, but it can be expensive to have someone else do it for you. Luckily, it’s not too difficult to reupholster a chair with piping yourself. Here’s how:\n\n

First, remove the old fabric from the chair. This is usually done by removing the staples or nails that are holding it in place. If you’re not sure how to do this, consult a professional upholsterer or watch a tutorial on YouTube.\n\n

Once the old fabric is removed, measure the new fabric and cut it to size. Then, sew the new fabric around the edges of the seat, attaching it with staples or nails.\n\nFinally, add the piping around the edge of the seat.

You can purchase pre-made piping or make your own using bias tape and a hot glue gun. Once you’ve added the piping, simply reattach the legs and enjoy your newly upholstered chair!<\/p>\n \n
