If your chair has loose or missing rungs, it’s an easy fix. All you need is some strong glue and a few clamps. Here’s how to do it:\n\n

1. Remove the old rung. If it’s glued in place, you may need to use a putty knife or chisel to pry it out.\n\n2. Cut a new piece of wood to size, using the old rung as a template.

Make sure the new piece is slightly longer than the old one, so there’s room for the glue.\n\n3. Spread glue on both ends of the new rung, and insert it into the hole in the chair leg. Use clamps to hold it in place while the glue dries.\n\n<\/p>\n \n
