How many eggs in a dozen? This is a question that I get asked a lot, and it’s one that I’m always happy to answer. The answer, of course, is 12.

But why is that? Well, there are a few reasons. First of all, it’s a nice, round number.

It’s easy to remember and it’s easy to divide by. But there’s more to it than that. A dozen is also a standard unit of measurement.

When you go to the store and buy eggs, they’re usually sold in dozens. And when you order eggs at a restaurant, they’re usually served in groups of 12. So, there’s a lot to be said for the dozen.

It’s a handy, easy-to-use, and widely-accepted unit of measurement. <\/p>\n \n
