Cracked corn – This is another food that people often think is good for ducks, but it’s actually not that great for them.

Cracked corn can contain mold and other toxins that can make ducks sick. It’s also not very nutritious and can lead to malnutrition if fed in large quantities.\n\n3. Chocolate – Chocolate is poisonous to ducks (and many other animals), so it’s important to never give it to them.

Even small amounts of chocolate can make ducks very ill and even kill them in some cases, so just stay away from giving it to them altogether.\n\n4. Avocados – Avocados contain a compound called persin which is toxic to ducks (and many other animals).
