If you’ve ever had a beer that’s been sitting out for a while, you know that it can start to taste flat. But what if you’ve only had a few sips and want to save the rest for later? Can you re-refrigerate beer?\n\n

The short answer is yes, you can re-refrigerate beer. But there are a few things you should keep in mind if you’re going to do so. First, beer that’s been sitting at room temperature will have lost some of its carbonation.

So if you’re planning on drinking it later, it might not be as bubbly as you’re used to. Second, beer that’s been sitting out will have picked up some off-flavors from the warm air. So it might not taste as fresh as it did when you first opened it.\n\n

If you’re okay with those two things, then go ahead and re-refrigerate your beer. Just be sure to drink it within a few days, so it doesn’t have a chance to go bad. <\/p>\n \n
